Because we work with an on-demand production system, each piece is created specially for you after your order is placed. This allows us to avoid overproduction and maintain the highest standard of craftsmanship.

To stay transparent, ethical, and true to our slow-fashion values, we follow the return policy below:

Returns & refunds

Because all on-demand items are produced specially for you, we do not accept standard returns or offer refunds.

Returns are only accepted in the following situations:

  • A clear production error

  • A manufacturing defect

  • You received the wrong item or wrong size due to our mistake

  • The item arrived damaged

If one of these situations applies, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include photos of the issue so we can assist you promptly.

Exception: Forever Yours Long sleeves

The Forever Yours Long sleeves are produced from existing stock and therefore can be returned, under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and unworn

  • The item must be returned in its original condition

  • All original packaging, labels, and tags must still be attached

  • The return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.
